Enforcement Actions

This page contains information about enforcement actions that the Early Years Inspectorate has taken in relation to specific early years services. This information is divided into two categories 

1. early years services that have conditions attached to their registration 
2. early years services that have either been removed from the register or prosecuted for serious breach of regulatory requirements. 

Where conditions are attached to registration they will remain until the Early Years Inspectorate is assured that the provider has taken sufficient action and provided relevant evidence to demonstrate that they are now compliant with the relevant regulations.
