Having provided all essential services for the past number of days, we hope that all Tusla services will be open and operating as normal tomorrow, Monday 5th March. However, this will depend on local weather conditions and the accessibility and safety of our premises. If you have any questions, please contact your local Tusla service.

Tusla is endeavouring to provide all essential services throughout Storm Emma. If you are concerned about a child, you can report your concern directly through our website or by contacting the local social work team where the child lives 

If you cannot contact Tusla or if you have a concern outside of office hours, please contact An Garda Síochána.

All interviews scheduled to take place Wednesday 28th February, Thursday 1st March, Friday 2nd March and Monday 5th have been cancelled due to the adverse weather. Interviews for the reminder of week begining 5th March will be reviewed accordingly in line with status updates.

Met Éireann has issued a number of weather warnings and advisories due to extremely cold weather expected to affect Ireland this week. Tusla is taking preventative steps to ensure frontline services will be delivered to the best of our ability in the event of adverse weather conditions.
