You can search for a service either by service type or county or, through the advanced search option, by Tusla number, name or Eircode. 

For each service you can access;

The name and address of a service Details of Registered Providers / Persons in charge  All published inspection reports (which can be downloaded)  Details of registration including any conditions attached to registration  Recent inspection dates

The Department of Education also undertakes inspections of pre-school services in Ireland. These inspections are focused on the quality of the nature, range and appropriateness of the early educational experiences for children. You can access these reports on the  Department of Education Early years Education Inspections website.
