16th October 2014 - Research on pre-schools inspections published by , Tusla – Child and Family Agency, shows that the level of compliance with pre-school regulations is high, with most providers in compliance with most regulations. Nonetheless, there are areas where service providers can make improvements. A complementary report on the process of inspections found that Tusla inspections are comprehensive, wide-ranging and forensic.

16th July 2014 - The Child and Family Agency has published reports from the National Review Panel on the deaths of four* young people. The National Review Panel is an independent body, under the chairmanship of Dr. Helen Buckley, which reviews cases where children in care, in aftercare or known to child protection services die or experience serious incidents.
