Flu Vaccine Refund Process.

The following is the process for the flu vaccine refund scheme:

• The staff member will book their own vaccination appointment with their GP or Pharmacy.
• Staff need the Employee Expenditure Cost Centre (EECC) to get refund from employer. Line manager will supply same.
• The original form and receipt with EECC written on form should then be scanned or photographed and e-mailed to EAP@tusla.ie
• Tusla HWEAP will submit refund requests to payroll.

Please note all original documents must be kept by you in line with Tusla Finance Processes as they may be required at a later date for audit reasons.  

Please ensure that all fields on the form are completed and that scans/photographs are clear. Incomplete /illegible forms cannot be processed.

Please note if you are over 65, pregnant or have certain health conditions you can receive the flu vaccine for free please contact your GP. You can find out more here.
