Tusla Child & Family Agency Health Screening 2023/2024

Tusla Child & Family Agency Health Screening begins on* 31st October 2023 into 2024 (Dates & Locations within booking link below).

*Please note dates are subject to demand. Where possible these dates are adhered to unless small changes are required due to availability of personnel.

Your Health Screening is covered by your employer & includes the following:

• Blood Pressure (BP)
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Point of Care (Finger Prick) Glucose
• Point of Care (Finger Prick) Cholesterol
• Health & Lifestyle Questionnaire
• Lifestyle Advice
• Comprehensive Health Report (Doctor sign off - including personalised Doctor recommendations).

FAQ:

• The booking link will close approximately 1 week before each location starts, after this time it will not be possible to make an appointment or make amendments.
• Please note, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if cancelling an appointment. Cancellations after this time or failure to attend for an appointment will be charged.

• When you book an appointment, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your booking & create a personal password for your account. This password will allow you make changes to your booking or cancel an appointment. This password will provide you with access to your report when available. (If you have already created a screening account, simply login to complete booking as you have already registered your account)

• All the details you enter into the system are Strictly Private & Confidential & will only be shared with our Medical Team.

• The Point of Care tests are NON-FASTING, therefore you do not have to fast prior to the screening. We do advise you to avoid a fatty breakfast/lunch & to avoid sugary snacks until after your screening appointment. A healthy breakfast on the day of screening is perfectly ok.
• Please ensure you have your online questionnaire completed prior to your screening appointment, as this is used by the medical team to review all your results.
• Please ensure to use your PRIVATE EMAIL address while booking your appointment, your health screening report will be dispatched to this email address.
• You will receive your Health Screening Report by email approx. THREE weeks after your screening appointment. Please do not email before this time.
