Service Experience Insights Framework
Tusla committed in the Tusla Corporate Plan 2024 to 2026 to developing and launching a Service Experience Insights Framework (SEIF) to expand our dialogue with service users to understand their needs and their journey through Tusla services. The more Tusla understands about service user experiences of their interactions and relationship with Tusla, the better able it is to develop and deliver services that meet these needs.
We have developed a Draft Service Experience Insights Framework Policy and an accompanying Draft Staff Handbook.
We invite you to share your thoughts on these draft documents. This consultation is open to:
- Tusla staff
- People who use Tusla services and their families
- Foster carers
- Members and staff of service user representative groups/organisations
How to get involved:
Please take a few minutes to read the draft policy and then make your voice heard by completing our consultation questionnaire. When you have submitted your responses you will then be given the option to comment on the draft Staff Handbook if you wish to
Please feel free to share this invitation and link with any staff, service users, foster carers, or members or staff in service user representative groups/ organisations, who might like to share their views.
The consultation will remain open until 5:30 pm on 25th June 2026.
