A Foster Home for Samuel

Samuel* is a kind, caring and resilient 11-year-old boy who is in need of a monthly respite foster carer who would ideally live in Tipperary.

Samuel is a very active little boy who loves football, swimming and going to the skate park. He also enjoys art, drama and going to the library. He has a diagnosis of mild ASD and sensory issues which means he can struggle with change. While Samuel initially struggled with the routine in school, he is settling in well now. He has an SNA and his school recently reported that Samuel is an excellent reader and scored 10/10 in Geography.

Samuel has experienced significant loss in his young life and attends play therapy and CAMHS. He is currently in residential care but would benefit greatly from a home environment which would be better suited to meet his needs.
