We are seeking a kind, caring and committed long-term foster carer to open their heart and home to Sadie*, a twelve-year-old girl living in the west of the country.

Sadie loves animals and playing outside and enjoys walking with her current short-term foster carer. Sadie loves playing with younger children and is very caring. Sadie likes one to one time with her foster carer and enjoys participating in different activities.

Sadie is in good health and is currently in 6th class in primary school. Sadie’s school attendance has improved since coming in to care and she now attends daily. Sadie receives support from an SNA and is also working on mixing with her peers, as she has experienced difficulties in peer relationships. Sadie has some emotional and social wellbeing concerns and has been referred to CAMHS.
