Rosie* is a sweet, respectful and energetic young teenager in need of a longer-term foster care placement. She is currently attending school, where her attendance is excellent. Rosie’s teachers say she is a bright child who is interested in learning.

Rosie enjoys engaging in activities such as GAA, camogie, and gymnastics. Her favourite hobby is horse riding. With all her activities, she enjoys restful evenings and has a healthy sleep routine. She finds relaxation in reading and likes to spend time on her tablet.

Rosie is currently in residential care and will thrive in a longer-term foster placement where her diverse interests are encouraged and interactions with peers are supported. She has received respite foster care in the Dublin area and did very well.

Tusla are looking for foster carers in either the Cork/Tipperary or Dublin/Kildare for Rosie, as she has existing connections to these areas.
