15-year-old Rory* urgently requires a loving foster home in the southeast of the country. Rory had been in a foster placement for the last five years which recently came to an end in an unplanned way. This has been really challenging for him to come to terms with.

Rory is a sociable and mannerly boy and very popular with the teaching staff and with his network of peers at school. He loves hurling and soccer and enjoys lots of other outdoor activities. He also has a very positive relationship with his allocated social worker who knows him very well.

Following a traumatic personal experience earlier this year, Rory is working through some difficulties. Rory needs foster carers who are loving, patient, understanding, consistent, who can set clear boundaries and who have knowledge of trauma and attachment difficulties. Rory is someone with lots of potential, who will thrive with support from loving and supportive foster carers.
