Patrick* is a fun-loving 5-year-old boy who urgently needs a loving home, preferably in the Munster area.

An active, playful, creative young boy, Patrick is due to commence primary school. He enjoys numerous activities and despite having Diabetes – for which he needs insulin injections administered – he lives a full life. A set medical treatment plan is in place with established phone and email contact with a medical team.

Patrick would really benefit from living in a stable, friendly environment, where he can learn, grow and achieve his potential.
