Jake is a kind shy twelve-year-old boy who is currently in 6th class. Sadly, Jake has been in a few different foster homes and he finds this hard.  He really wants to belong and have a forever family, it will take time to get to know new people and trust them.  Jake needs a home with someone who can be available for him with no other young people in the home at this time while he builds connections.    

Jake enjoys school and gets support in school to help him academically.  Jake like playing computer games, he enjoys being active and loves playing outdoors.  Jake has a great interest in football and likes to play with the local football team. He enjoys his training sessions and loves playing matches at the weekend.
