Elena has a talent for doing hair and nails, which she enjoys doing in her spare time. 

A foster carer or carers who are patient and have the time and capacity to provide guidance and boundaries would be best suited to care for Elena. A foster home in Westmeath or the surrounding area is preferred to help her stay connected to her school and friends.
