Elaine is a young teenager who currently lives in residential care. Elaine very much enjoys going to the cinema, and she also enjoys shopping and fashion. Elaine has an interest in basketball and sometimes attends the local youth club and goes to the gym.

Elaine loves to spend time with her family and has regular access visits. Elaine needs a long-term placement in the Midlands area and would do very well in a stable environment with good routines and boundaries. Elaine would be best placed in a foster home with children of a similar age or older.
