A caring home for Adam*

Adam is an energetic, bright and intelligent little boy. He enjoys being outdoors and has a number of hobbies including playing football and swimming. Adam is an intelligent boy who does well in school and enjoys learning. He also receives some support from an SNA.

Adam has some additional dietary and medical needs and sometimes needs to attend appointments at Regional Hospital Mullingar. Carers for Adam would be provided with support in meeting his needs at home.

A carer in the Midlands region would be best suited to care for Adam to support him with his appointments and to keep him connected to his siblings.
