Tusla Residential Care provide interventions to support the wellbeing of young people aged 13 to 17. By joining the Residential Care team, you will deliver care to young people using therapeutic connections and care models. Our teams encourage positive physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and the development of positive attachments through relationship building.

To support the increase of Residential Care Capacity we are advertising a number of Deputy Social Care Manager and Social Care Manager positions within our Residential Units.

As a Deputy Social Care Manager you will oversee centre operations, ensuring comprehensive care and placement plans. Manage personnel and finances, maintaining quality services while adhering to budgetary constraints.

As a Social Care Manager you will establish and maintain a nurturing, secure environment for young people. Drive the enhancement of Children's Residential Centres, prioritising the wellbeing and of those in care.
