Tusla Residential Care
Tusla Residential Care provide interventions to support the wellbeing of young people aged 13 to 17. By joining the Residential Care team, you will deliver care to young people using therapeutic connections and care models.
Our teams encourage positive physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and the development of positive attachments through relationship building.

What to expect
On the day you will meet with Tusla representatives who will talk you through the work they are doing in their residential services to support children, young people and their families. They will be delighted to speak with you and answer any questions you may have on working with Tusla, including available career pathways, training & development and so forth.
You will also meet members of CPL Healthcare’s dedicated recruitment team for Tusla’s Residential services. We will take some time to talk to you about the different opportunities available, as well as your education and career history, and give you guidance on what to expect during the recruitment process.
You can arrive any time between 10AM and 3PM, though please bear in mind that certain times of the day may be busier than others, and candidates may be asked to help themselves to some light refreshments while they wait to speak with a member of the team.
