National Director of Services and Integration
The Child and Family Agency was established on 1st January 2014 and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services. The Agency has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure. The organisation has in excess of 5,000 people in 320 locations delivering a range of complex protection, care, support and regulatory functions. All of the functions of this State Agency are established in law and are essential public services.
The National Director of Services & Integration is a key post within the Executive Management Structure of the Agency, responsible for directing the overall operations, internal and external integration, working collaboratively with colleagues on the Executive Management Team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and families, and leading on the Agency’s Integrated Reform Programme.
