Interim National Director of Services and Integration
The Child and Family Agency was established on 1st January 2014 and is responsible for a range of statutory functions including provision of child protection, alternative care, specified regulatory services and a range of family support services. The Agency has commenced a major improvement programme with significant focus on Practice, Culture and Structure. The organisation has some 5,000 people in 320 locations delivering a range of complex protection, care, support and regulatory functions. All of the functions of this State Agency are established in law and are essential public services.
The Interim National Director of Services & Integration is a key post within the senior management structure of the Agency. Together with directing the overall operations of the Agency, this post is central to integrating all parts of the Agency to ensure the best possible level and quality of service to Ireland’s children and families.
