Walk in Access
|All Tusla staff have free walk in access to the Barnardos Physical Library. No appointment needed. All the is needed is valid identification (i.e. a staff card)

Opening Hours of Library: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5pm
You can register with the Library Service immediately and begin borrowing/using resources from 2nd January 2018.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your membership of the Library, together with a User Name and Password enabling you to log into the Library computerised system, which enables you to search a computerised catalogue, as well as request and renew loans of items from the Library.
Once you are registered with the Library, you can request the loan of books and other items via the Library computerised system, or via email or phone. Provided that these are not on loan to anyone else, these will be posted out to you free of charge. Provided that the items have not been requested by anyone else, you may renew the items (via the Library computerised system) up to a maximum of five times. Returns of items to the Library can be made again free of charge, with the pre-paid reply package/envelope which will be supplied to you with the loan of the items. You may borrow up to four items at any one time

A monthly email called the Members’ eUpdate will be sent to registered members in the last week of every month. This email will contain details of recent library acquisitions and news as well links to relevant reports and research relating to children and families.
