Feedback and Complaints
|From its establishment on 1st January 2014, Tusla received feedback and complaints through the HSE's 'Your Service, Your Say' mechanism.
Tusla's new policy for receiving feedback and complaints, 'Tell Us' came into operation on 5th September 2016. Any complaints received through 'Your Service, Your Say' prior to 5th September 2016 will continue to be addressed under the'Your Service, Your Say’ policy.
In the Child and Family Agency, we want to provide the best possible service. There may be times, however, when you think we could do better and sometimes you may even want to tell us about something we have done well.
Whatever age you are, you have rights including:
- the right to have your say and be listened to
- the right to complain if you are not happy about something we have done.
